EDIT: To anyone who's wondering, yes this is an older deviation of mine, but I made a push for it on certain groups and whatnot because of the recent happenings of the Naruto manga. Neji was an awesome character in my opinion that got better as the story progressed, and he helped finally put NaruHina in place!! For that, he has my eternal gratitude.
